The Customer Data tab displays all of the individuals within your database. You can search for a particular person, or click “Details” to view additional information including user data, RFM, Email Actions, Transactions, and Browse Data.
This is a straightforward, easy way to look up the personal statistics of your individual customers and personally manage their relationships with your brand.
