November 2018: Campaign Technology and Insights
- New AutoPilot Actions
- AutoPilot Actions tab is updated for improved user interface.
- New items such as “New Buyers (i.e., Prospects to Active status)” are added. We are continuously adding new items based on demand.
- New Campaign Dashboard Reports are added more insight into customer responses to various campaigns
- In addition to Responses by Day of the Week, Response by Daypart is in place, where time of the day based on time zone of the brand is displayed to help marketers pick best time to deploy emails.
- A separate tab for Technology and Geo is added to show responders Device, OS, and Language.
- Unsubscribe counts are added to all reports in Campaign X-Ray
